  You have no idea how I wanted this to be a good place to eat. I wasn't holding out for great or amazing. But good yes, I was hoping.
  The place was virtually empty but ok it was around 2:30. Not exactly rush hour. After being seated we had to request a regular menu not the lunch page. We waited and waited....and waited. Interestingly the other 3 tables indicated this was their first visit as well. Hmm, not a good sign.
  To cut to the chase, it was awful. I asked for the sirloin medium well and was served burnt well. Not even a hint of medium. The Amish beef and noodles was dry and bland yet way over salted. I showed the manager the low end sirloin refire and he agreed it was beyond well done. We refused a refire on the refire and left.
  At one time they used to make their own ice cream but no longer. It just carries their logo. Amusingly the lunch building was packed. The "higher end" restaurant was a ghost town. Be prepared to pay more for less than mediocre food. It was empty for a reason. Be prepared to wait for this slop. When we got home I threw up what little I ate. No we won't be back.

  We have been going there for Thanksgiving since they opened. Good food and service.
  
  The Sweet Potato Casserole and bread is just awesome.
